Jerry Stokely

Jerry Stokely is an insatiable tinkerer driven by the mantra of Debbie Fields of Mrs. Fields Cookies, “Good Enough Never Is.” His passion for all things food then led him to Frito-Lay as an entry level production supervisor. During his twelve years with Frito-Lay, Jerry served in several production positions, earning his Advanced Technical Training Certification, and developing the first Statistical Process Control training system.

Leaving Frito-Lay after irreparably altering his career path, Jerry joined Quaker Oats as the North American Foods Division Quality Manager where he spearheaded an effort to achieve ISO certification in one lead plant. From start to finish this effort took an incredibly short nine months. Jerry joined McCleary Industries as the Plant Manager and quickly moved into the position of President of what is now Axium Foods. Under Jerry’s leadership the company grew gross sales from $9 Million in to over $50 Million.

During his tenure with Axium Foods, Jerry continued to automate both processing and packaging and found his next passion; robotics. Jerry’s passion for robotic automation led him to found Tangentem, L.L.C. a robotics integration company with a focus on the food business.

Jerry earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay and later went on to earn his Masters of Business from Indiana Wesleyan University.
