Mike Bartikoski, Senior Vice President of Operations

Mike Bartikoski is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Land O’ Frost, one of the nation’s best-selling brands of pre-sliced, pre-packaged lunchmeats. In this role, Bartikoski is responsible for optimizing supply chain and manufacturing processes, identifying new technologies and prioritizing employee training in an effort to reduce costs, improve efficiency and maximize profitability.

Since joining Land O’Frost in 2016, Bartikoski has implemented tools to drive equipment effectiveness and employee engagement, and he has also reformulated the corporate operations approach to increase returns and maximize long-term competiveness.

Immediately prior to his role at Land O’ Frost, Bartikoski ran a consulting practice, Summit 5S Consulting, LLC, where he helped clients develop corporate operations strategies. Prior to that, Bartikoski served as the chief operating officer at Roskam Baking Company, where he implemented an operations plan delivering more than $3 million in productivity savings in 2014 and 2015, and also oversaw operations representing more than $2 billion in revenue as a vice president of global manufacturing alliances at The Hershey Company.

In addition to Land O’Frost, Bartikoski has managed operations for a wide range of national and global food and beverage manufacturers, including E. & J. Gallo Winery and Coca-Cola Beverages. He currently serves on the board of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s Supply Chain Advisory, Lally School of Management.

Bartikoski earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial and management engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in N.Y. and a Master’s in Business Administration from Villanova University in Pennsylvania.
