Karl L. Linck
Karl Linck is Vice President-Engineering at Sargento Foods Inc. Karl is now in his 42th year in the food industry, working in the packaging and processing of a wide variety of food products and food operations. Since 1987, he has been key to the growth of Sargento Foods, leading the engineering function that has included developing a strategic technical direction to support facility and production operations, site selection, line design, equipment/process procurement, and implementation. Karl’s food experience encompasses natural cheese, process cheese, cream cheese, pourable dressings, portion-control condiments, sauces, pasta, and frozen/retort/dry entrees and appetizers.
Karl earned his bachelor of science in Engineering from Idaho State University and a master of science in Engineering Management from Milwaukee School of Engineering. He is a registered professional engineer in a number of states and a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers.
